Phillips Murrah names new shareholder

[ FEBRUARY, 2010 - OKLAHOMA CITY, OK ] - Phillips Murrah P.C., a business law firm headquartered in downtown Oklahoma City, announced that tax attorney Dawn Rahme has been named shareholder and director.
Managing director Tom Wolfe praised Rahme as “a talented problem solver” with “the ability to immediately pinpoint the most important aspects of a complex transaction and respond with inventive strategies for taxation and structure.”
Her practice is concentrated in the areas of tax, tax controversy and litigation, family wealth transfer planning and corporate law.
Rahme joined the firm in 2004, after completing New York University School of Law’s graduate tax program—the No. 1 program of its kind in the country, according to U.S. News & World Report. Prior to advanced tax studies in New York, she received a law degree from the University of Oklahoma and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tulsa.
A tireless community advocate, Rahme is a champion of organizations such as Positive Tomorrows and Oklahoma Family Network and is founder of several corporate philanthropy programs for Phillips Murrah.
