Johnson authors two articles for Oklahoma Bar Association

MARCH 14, 2009 - The Oklahoma Bar Association has published two articles authored by commercial financial services attorney Eric Johnson. The first, entitled “Identity Theft Red Flags and Address Discrepancies,” details the federal regulations impacting Oklahoma businesses, the Address Discrepancy Rule and Card Issue Rule and describes in detail the federal Red Flags Rule.

In “Oklahoma’s Security Breach Notification Act,” Johnson’s second article, he examines the repercussions of data loss in the commercial world and what’s being done to protect Oklahomans when security is breached.
