Johnson pens update to Truth in Lending treatise

MARCH 25, 2009 –The Oklahoma County Bar Association’s Briefcase announces Eric Johnson has authored the American Bar Association’s 2008 Supplement to Rohner & Miller’s Truth in Lending treaties on the federal Truth in Lending Act and Regulation Z. The book and its annual supplements are used by business lawyers, corporate counsel and financial services executives across the country as a guide to ensure compliance with the laws and regulations surrounding consumer lending in each of America’s 50 states.
