Diabetes research foundation elects board members

[ AUGUST 6, 2009 - OKLAHOMA CITY, OK ] - The Central Oklahoma Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation has elected new members to the executive committee and the board of directors.
First-term executive committee members include Jan Carroll, secretary; Jennifer McCarty, vice president of program development; and Andrea Gandy, Legacy Bank, strategic planning chair.
Pamela Gutel, director of public affairs of Federal Reserve Bank Oklahoma City Branch, is president of the executive committee and Victor Flores, system director of administration and operations with Integris Health, is president-elect. Other executive committee members include Matt Brown, Red Rock Distribution Co., major donors chair; Ronald Brown, Burnett & Brown, treasurer; Rachel Bussett, Hornbeek, Vitali & Braun, recruitment leader; and Eric Johnson, Phillips Murrah P.C., and Nate Webb, chief of staff for U.S. Rep. Mary Fallin, communications co-chairs.
Two new members were elected to the board of directors – Jayme Carroll, counselor at Putnam City High School, and Thomas Ishmael, an attorney with Hornbeek, Vitali & Braun.
