Attorneys make presentation

[ JANUARY 5, 2012 - OKLAHOMA CITY ] – Eric L. Johnson and James A. McCaffrey, shareholders and leaders of Phillips Murrah’s consumer financial services department, made presentations at the 2011 Commercial Law Update in Oklahoma City.

They briefed attendees on developments in commercial and consumer law, including automotive finance issues and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and the potential effects on Oklahoma businesses.

Johnson is a graduate of Oklahoma City University School of Law and governing committee member of the Conference on Consumer Finance Law.

McCaffrey is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law and is also a governing committee member of the Conference of Consumer Finance Law.
